I have been practicing yoga since 1996, developing a dedicated Astanga practice in 2003. In London I practice daily with Hamish Hendry and I am a direct student of Sri K Pattabhis Jois, studying Mysore style Astanga Vinyasa self-practice, and my teaching reflects this tradition.

Astanga yoga purifies and strengthens the body, healing and energising through a flowing sequence of postures. Aligning the breath, the body, and the mind, Astanga is a powerfully transformative practice.

These relaxed classes aim to give you an opportunity to explore and develop your practice in a supportive environment. The qualities developed on the mat - patience, focus, integrity, humour, peace - should permeate into the rest of your life.
